great stay but minor improvements needed

The location along the harbor truly stands out with beautiful views. The room was spacious with ample storage, which made our stay comfortable. We particularly appreciated the small patio area, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. The WiFi connection was solid and allowed for smooth browsing.

A bit of noise from seagulls disrupted our sleep at times.

The well-maintained double room featured a cozy outdoor sitting area, enhancing the overall comfort. Accessibility was straightforward with easy parking, though the mattress proved a bit too soft for my preference, leading to an uncomfortable night's sleep. A noticeable issue was the noise from seagulls, especially during early mornings, which disrupted rest. The option to keep drinks cool in the mini fridge was a nice touch, although, unfortunately, the cleanliness could be improved.

Loved the spacious studio with a fantastic decorative touch, muted colors, and high ceilings made it feel even larger. The mini fridge was perfect for keeping drinks cool, and I appreciated the tea and coffee facilities. The added biscuits. The shower was impressive with great pressure, and the modern bathroom included a skylight that flooded the space with light. The location couldn't be better. just a short walk to the harbor and nearby restaurants. we found the mattress a bit too soft for our liking, and the quilt was heavier than expected for August. The loud seagulls made it hard to sleep in a bit, and an earlier checkout time would have been preferable. Despite these issues, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Our stay had some hiccups. the mattress was too soft for our preference, leading to discomfort during the night. we noticed that the hot water wasn't readily available from the sink, which was particularly problematic for my elderly mother. Lastly, the noise from the seagulls made sleeping in a challenge, almost ruining an otherwise lovely location experience.

after spending just one night here, I was thrilled with the lovely clean room and the easy access to various places to eat and drink along the vibrant harbor, making it a delightful stay that I wish could have been longer!

What a lovely stay in a compact studio that was super clean and had a comfy bed—perfect for our one-night getaway! We enjoyed relaxing in the cozy space with good WiFi and a large TV. The mini fridge was handy for storing our drinks. The only small drawback was the lack of shower gel, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊

staying at irvine bay was fantastic! the location is amazing, just a short walk to the harbor and local cafes. our double room had great facilities like a mini fridge, hairdryer, and even a cozy patio! everything was clean and had lovely mood lighting. the later check-out option was a nice touch.

Great accommodation with easy parking and access. Sits at the back of a house with rooms to let from the same host. Recently refurbished Double Room with a small sitting area outside, a fridge for keeping drinks cool, and a roomy shower with good pressure. The cleanliness was top-notch!

The smell of pet urine in the room was overpowering.
